We do offer layaway for your convenience. We require 25% down and payment in full within 30 days. After 30 days, the item may be placed back into our showcases and any previous payment made is forfeit.

CUSTOM WORK

We are happy to offer custom items designed especially for you. We require 50% down to begin work, and payment in full upon completion of work. Custom work cannot be credited or exchanged because of the uniqueness of the item.

We guarantee everything we make, repair or sell for one year from the date of delivery/purchase unless otherwise noted in our records or in writing. Watch batteries are generally guaranteed for one year with options at the time of purchase of five year and lifetime guaranteed batteries.
